Firewood Storage Regulations - Newly Defined

The Emerald Point HOA would like to remind all residents of the newly defined firewood storage regulations now included in the updated Community Handbook.

To help protect the community and maintain safety and cleanliness, please note the following requirements:

• All firewood must be stacked in the rear of the building, either on balconies, patios, or inside storage areas.
• Firewood must be kept on metal or plastic racks, positioned at least six (6) inches from the floor and six (6) inches from any walls.
• No more than 100 pounds of wood may be stored at any time.

Firewood can attract pests, insects, snakes, termites, and can lead to wood rot, mold, or mildew, all of which pose risks to the condominium structures and create a nuisance for neighbors.
